We are heading in to our 8th season of providing quality volleyball education and competition opportunities for the youth and adults of the Greater Puget Sound area. The 2014 USA Volleyball club season was our first, we formed a U14, U16 & U18 team, and had just 2 girls at our first tryout. We had 9 teams in our 2nd season and grew to 15 teams this past season.
Kraken provides year round volleyball education and competition programming: camps, clinics, indoor club teams, sand training, leagues and tournaments.
We are fortunate to have our own state-of-the-art training and competition facility, the Auburn FieldhouseUSA. We know where and when our teams will be practicing for the entire season, and we host many of the power league dates and tournaments that our teams compete in.
Our new home is the best privately owned sports facility in the Pacific Northwest, we are excited to share our home with the Puget Sound area sports community. Kraken makes every effort to keep the costs of our programs low through various club fundraising efforts. Club Fundraisers help offset our operating costs, and we expect participation from all of our families. We have many individual fundraisers offered with results applied directly to athlete accounts. Funds can be used towards monthly dues, travel expenses and Krakan Gear. Kraken does not offer financial aid or scholarships. It is up to the family on the individual participation level.
We have a great uniform package for our Boys Abyss teams.
